Slow ISA transfer

It shouldn't take up to 15 days to transfer an ISA when everything can be done electronically these days. If I want to pay money in I could do it straight away.

Hello Grahame, An ISA transfer can take up to 15 working days from the date the account was opened. We can complete most transfers electronically. However, we may contact you with a form to complete if your new or existing ISA provider only carries out manual transfers, which may take longer. We can see that your ISA transfer was completed within 5 working days from the date your account was open.
