Hello Robert and thank you for sharing your feedback with us.  We are sorry to learn that the atmosphere at Sandals Grande Antigua was not to your liking.   We do understand and appreciate that not all of our resorts will suit all our guests and while the majority of our guests do have an enjoyable time at Sandals Grande Antigua, we do realise that every guest is unique and each experience will be different. At Sandals, we greatly appreciate all guest feedback whether positive or constructive, as we are constantly improving our holiday package for our valued guests. We do hope that in spite of this visit being disappointing to you, that this has not deterred you from visiting us and we will have the opportunity to welcome you back to one of our lovely resorts in the future.
