Thank you for your comments. I`m glad you liked the ring although it`s a shame that the style didn`t match your existing engagement ring. This does happen on occasion so I`m glad you were able to make use of our money back guarantee commitment. I`d also like to apologise for the time in took to return your calls; clearly this wasn`t good enough, so please accept my apologies.
