It’s great you liked the quality of your piece of jewellery and I'd like to apologise for the missing email updating you on the delivery date for your necklace. This was on oversight on our part caused by a change over of our email server. The certificate we currently offer is free of charge, and is in a standard format that many jewellers use in the UK. However, we do understand the point you are making and so we will evaluate the options to offer an upgraded version in the future for a small charge.
