The service so far has been first class. While the advert stated that on booking I will receive a John Lewis voucher, that has not yet arrived. I will remind them of it at a later date.

Absolutely first class service

Apart from the queue to be connected the service was first class. The agent I spoke to (Emma) was knowledgeable and very helpful in ensuring ww got what we wanted.

Trouble free booking.

I found the booking fast, simple and the agent I spoke to was every professional and helpful. Also, I was pleased that I was sent the option of booking the cruise before it went on general sale.
