I thought I was a decent resume writer but these guys are the best!!! Worth the money. Very quick turn around. Very nice people to speak with. If a refund is needed they are very prompt to do so.

Hi Jeanet,
That's terrible...I'm very troubled by this and want to make it right. Our records show the following:
*You placed an order on the evening of January 11th. *Early in the morning on January 14th, we sent you a draft of your new resume for you to review. *On January 15th, you sent us a file with some additional information scanned in and requested that we make corrections in accordance with that file. *That week, we emailed you a revised copy of your new resume--incorporating all of your requests.
Since sending you the second draft, we've heard nothing back about it until this review you posted.
We've had two different top writers work diligently on your project. One of them has been writing professional resumes full-time for over three decades with a strong emphasis on helping clients in your field. I personally also just reviewed the document we sent you and I believe it's a STELLAR resume that will dramatically increase how many calls you get for job interviews. We are happy to revise it further if there is still something you don't LOVE about it but we need to speak to you to find out what it is that you feel is lacking. I will have a manager phone you today!

Thank you for your prompt reply. I do not need a full interview at this point, but I would like a review of my revisions/corrections and help with one bullet point. I was going to log another ticket to see if my writer will review my revisions. The web-site I used did not appear to offer an interview option.
The ticket process feels like very one-sided communication. I have an interview coming up in less than an hour, but could talk to a writer after that if that would help. It would be easier to explain what didn't work. Please advise if I need to log another ticket or cover it with a quick phone call. I am available after 11 am Pacific Time at 360-456-5863.

Got it ! Since I've already scheduled a phone call. There's no need to open a new ticket. Please don't worry about the "closed" ticket status you see...Since all of your tickets go to the same writer, they keep track of you on a client basis rather than on a ticket basis so it's OK to have multiple tickets and then see each one "closed" as we answer them.
