The product was very generic and did not provide enough detail. I definitely feel the expense did not match the quality of the product. I would not recommend this company

Dear Aliya,
I'm very sorry to hear that you didn't LOVE your new resume. We're certainly happy to revise our work until you're as satisfied and successful as our thousands of other clients. I do see that your lead writer reached out to you twice on January 15th to get some more feedback in order to create a second draft but that you have not yet followed up with them.
I reviewed the original resume you submitted to us and have found that our team certainly made extensive changes and improvements to it. You sent us:
"Manages two distinct Restaurant Banking underwriting teams and team leaders."
....and we gave you back...
"Direct day to day underwriting and portfolio management logistics within a fast-paced environment with a focus on increasing productivity and operational efficiency.
"Supervise cross-functional teams consisting of Underwriters and Portfolio Managers, provide individualized coaching and guidance, and maintain positive rapport with key stakeholders within the organization "
" Review new loans and renewals to ensure that underwriting terms are followed in addition to holding a leadership position in regard to risk management programs/activities "
We are eager to review your resume with you by phone and determine the best way to help you...Please call us anytime or reply to this thread with the best time(s) we should call you.
Sincerely,
Andrew A. Greenstein

What Trusted Customer said about Resume Writing Group:
Good service
Excellent service, good communication. Kept me updated throughout the whole process. My only issue is the price for the service is a bit high. But overall, I would recommend.

Thanks for your order and for your feedback, Michael. Remember: You can almost always write off professional resume services on your taxes...making the overall net cost quite a bit lower. We do our best to keep rates competitive while still making a respectable hourly wage for the level of detailed work we perform : )
Please let us know if we can do anything at all to assist you further in the future !

I was extremely impressed with the results. Quick turn around and really nailed it as far as capturing all my information and presenting in a concise format. The cover letter also was very well done.
