Resume not appealing, applied at so many places but no response. I just wasted my money. Have to get a new Resume from other place. Will never recommend this site to anyone.

Hi ! That's awful... We'd like to help make it better by helping you find work.
This is, unfortunately, the first we're hearing of this. I've researched your order and found that you thanked your lead writer for the first draft he sent to you and then asked him to add in some additional information that you hadn't originally provided. He did so almost immediately and sent you a second draft that, apparently, you've been submitting for jobs.
I can't help but notice that you only received your new resume a few days and it can certainly take some time before you receive a response from potential employers interested in interviewing you.
Also, you didn't mention which methods you've used to send out your new resume.
Let us know when to call--and we'll have a career services manager call you to see how we can help you land some calls!

Pretty much trash
All kinds of spaces in between the letters. The password I was given doesn't work to get the resume corrected. Not going to allow Amex to pay $150 for this work until it is corrected.

This seems easy to fix (and is the first we've heard from you about this!)
I just tested your login credentials and they're working. I do see you've attempted to login previously with one character in your email address misspelled/incorrect. That appears to be why you could not get in. Please also remember that your password on our site is case sensitive as well. If you still have trouble getting in, please text my personal cell at 352-978-6122 and I'll help you through it by text or I'll call you...
That said, there is no unusual spacing between the letters but the resume may be formatting differently in your software or on your particular platform. We can remedy that by sending you a .PDF copy-- which I will do now. If anything else is wrong, please let us know !
