I do see the extra days were simply because you and your lead writer had some ongoing communication back & forth so that they could get more information from you.

  Thank you for your post. I do see that you've reported being very happy with your new resume and I'm sorry that you feel compelled to give our company a public, 1 star review because of some follow-up emails sent to you by our system.

  As far as I can see, you've received two emails requesting that you refer us to friends & family and both of those had 'opt out' links to remove yourself from future emails (We would ordinarily send approx. 1 per month on average from here out...). The email that prompted this review is from Feefo--a 3rd party seeking feedback.

  I trust you've opted out and won't be receiving any more emails. Please let us know if we can help in any other way with your resume or career.

  Thank you for your review. We're happy to add "creative wording" for you but please note that we've refrained from doing so..thus far..because it's generally frowned upon by employers in your line work and it's also not very ATS-friendly. Please reply to this post if you'd like to see more creativity injected and we'll get on it right away.

   I do see that the resume we sent you is a dramatic improvement over your original submission. The format is significantly more appealing...Wouldn't you agree? Careful, strategic decisions were made re: placement --i.e. taking that whole "...other activities" section away from the heading...Language was cleaned up significantly.. i.e. you had "Assisted teachers with classes and conducting numerous research projects."--a grammatically incorrect and dry sentence!  We cleaned that up and pooled it with your other bullet under that heading to create "Conducted marketing cold-calling of students to encourage involvement with Business School program; also assisted instructors in the classroom and performed analysis on numerous research projects."-- This was done over the course of 2 pages and dozens of points along w/ the re-formatting, new placement strategy etc;-- All of this does take significant effort, was done for sound reasons...and should help you in your job search...substantially!

   I'm flabbergasted to read that you feel that way :  (

Please know that all of our writers live in the U.S. and neither speak (nor understand) any language other than English.

I do see that you berated your writer with a series of emails littered with insults and curses. In one instance you wrote the following:
      "... vis-a-vis? Who the **** says this in English? I demand a Native speaker. I want my f**king money back immediately."

  Please understand that while "vis-a-vis" is a frequently used business term in American English (particularly for your type of resume), we are always happy to revise our work until our clients are satisfied. Our professional resume writers, however, do not typically reply to insults, curse-filled tirades, or threats. They are humans....working full-time...and taking great pride in what they do. If there is something a client doesn't like, just let us know and we fix it promptly. In this instance, your jaw-dropped writer transferred your emails to their manager who scheduled the work for revision anyway but I must ask you to tone down your language and respect our staff as human beings.
