Hi Becky,

 Thank you for your order and for your feedback. I'm sorry you're so disappointed...but we did receive an email from you on February 9th which states that you "like your new resume very much."
 
  Let's resolve the source of your disappointment so that you have a new resume you LOVE. Looking through our communications and your review, I see that your tickets were answered. You wrote "Feel free to look at my LinkedIn Profile." The writer advised you that they were unable to locate your LinkedIn Profile and requested you to paste/email them the information you wanted included. To date, this has not been done.

  We will call you today to get the information needed so that you get the resume you want!

  Thanks for your feedback. We are happy to thoroughly revise our work. We'll call you to find out what you feel was written poorly. Scanning your new resume I do see tons of great stuff like:

Identified and contacted key leaders within the industry, generated weekly email blasts, and researched new regulations related to the medical spa industry

Facilitated marketing functions within the facility which centered on creating strategic plans that aligned with the association’s overall mission and vision

Increased revenue through the development of an extensive network of Brokers which specialized in medical malpractice insurance

  While there's certainly room to do even better, I am not finding any examples of 1 star "poor writing quality." Sometimes, clients may misunderstand issues concerning grammar...particularly how verb tense should be used in a modern resume. We'll review this with you by phone and if you still have revision requests, we'll handle them right away!

Thanks for your review, Roy. I'm sorry you felt that we didn't ask for your feedback. What we sent was your first draft along with a request for your feedback. I see that on February 8th and 9th, you and your lead writer had quite a bit of feedback communication in which you requested some revisions, received those revisions, and thanked him for his work. In order to post this review, you had to click a link on a "3rd request for feedback" email from us soooooooo....I want to help but need to call you today to clarify how you feel we can improve! I look forward to talking to you...

Hi Tracey,

  I am sorry that you did not receive two separate files. Please clarify: I see you were very happy w/ your resume & cover letter but...you're giving our company a public 1 star review because we sent your new resume and cover letter together as one .doc file instead of as two separated .doc files? I do show the writer replied to you right away explaining that most clients cut/paste the letter into a separate file if they want it that way-- You never responded. I will go ahead and cut/paste it now into files. I hope you will revise your review.

Dear Larry,

  I am sorry that you feel we have provided the worst service ever. Records indicate that we have had extensive communication with you and put in nearly a dozen hours of labor thus far. I do understand that sometimes replies to your emails may take a few hours. Please understand that our writers and their managers return messages between projects (If they were to stop writing someone else's resume to immediately return someone else's message, it would bring down the quality of their work).

  We are certainly capable of making your resume more powerful and fun---i.e. less "boring" but in this initial draft, our goal was to make sure that it went well with your industry, didn't distract the reader, and was ATS-compliant. That said, I see that we already discussed your disappointment and had issued you a full refund yesterday... despite the significant time we've put in to your project.
 
  If you'd still like us to proceed to make your new resume 'less boring' (and to incorporate anything you feel is missing), let us know and we will do so at no charge.

  Thank you for your order, your review, and your feedback. I'm sorry you were disappointed. I hope we can make this better for you...We will call shortly to work out what needs to be done with your new resume.

  Please understand that we had only sent you a rough draft for you to comment on. You requested some revisions and then the writer returned it to you in *24 hours* (OK, 25 hours technically!)... We haven't heard back from you until reading this review! We sent your draft on February 6th, you replied on February 7th, and we sent a revised version on February 8th! We are always working to quicken our response time and are proud to have the fastest in our industry. I'm sorry... but a professional resume writer cannot be expected to reply much more quickly than within a few hours (or, overnight...at worst...if you're writing to them late at night). The average writer works an 8-10 hour day and if you write to them after their shift, they will reply before they begin their next shift. It certainly wouldn't make sense for anyone else but your own writer to reply to your inquiry about the resume they wrote for you, right :- ) ?  Similarly, when writers are hard at work creating resumes, they do not stop mid-resume to answers calls or emails about other resumes... Of course, that would negatively impact the quality of the resume they're working on at the time. Thus, it makes the most sense for them to reply between resume projects and at both the start and end of each work shift.

  I hope that makes sense. I promise we'll get your resume the way you want it and that we'll always reply to your messages in about 24 hours or less (usually much less).
