  Very sorry to read that you're so markedly disappointed with your new resume. Let's make it perfect! First, please review/clarify the following:

*You sent your writer emails as recently as today...thanking them for a good job but asking them to revise some word choices you felt were redundant.

*We give and receive phone calls all day long every day of the week! You were only told that no, we do not give clients a direct phone line to call their writer anytime of the day. No legitimate resume company could possibly do that and continue to offer a solid product. After all, professional resume writers spend most of their work day doing what they do best: writing resumes. If they stopped each project once every few minutes to discuss a completely different project with another customer, the quality of their work would suffer if it could ever even be completed at all. As such, we do have their managers (who are also highly experienced resume writers) call you if you need to relay/discuss any additional information. At times, we've had writers call directly but 50% of the time that results in a game of "phone tag"--making resumes take a lot longer and suffer as a direct result. Having trained, dedicated resume writing managers handle client services phone calls has consistently proven to be the best solution for all parties but....I don't see you requesting such a call in your previous correspondence. We'll gladly set one up!

*While we certainly appreciate your business, I must clarify that you did not purchase "the most expensive package." You added a number of extra items (cover letter etc;) which we thank you for....but you specifically chose to OPT OUT of having a 30 minute telephone coaching session! If you were to add that (and the manager call noted above), I think you would get the service you're looking for...and more!

I see that we sent you a draft on February 9th and you told the writer they did a "good job" and that you just "had a few minor corrections" which they promptly followed up in their revision/second draft.  After that, you were so happy with our service that you proceeded to order MORE from us!!! You did ask us to re-format the resume into a graphic-heavy template.. We advised you that it wouldn't be ATS-compliant and haven't heard back from you on that issue...Do you still want us to do that?

  I'm sorry that our work has offended you. We are eager to work with you to create a resume that you LOVE. I've researched your original submission, the draft that we sent you, and all communications between yourself and our team. As far as I can see, you never gave your writer a chance to revise their work in any way and you have not yet explained what you specifically felt was inaccurate or poorly presented...As soon as they sent you their initial draft, you emailed our writer an angry, cuss-filled note and then posted this review. While I can certainly understand that you're not happy with this version of your resume, I must remind you that these are actual U.S. based full time professionals working hard at your request and a little courtesy (in both directions) goes a long way.

  Below is a random excerpt from the resume that we wrote for you:

*Direct day to day business development operations within a fast-paced environment with a focus on increasing productivity and operational efficiency levels

*Provide both group and individualized training to staff members, design innovative sales strategies, and build positive rapport with both new and existing clients

*Perform detailed needs assessment analysis with members of senior leadership which resulted in identifying challenges and creating innovative solutions

*Play a lead role in customizing training programs which requires assigning instructors, assessing training value, and maximizing ROI

  -----While I certainly believe we can work together to make this even more dynamic, I don't see any run-ons nor any truth stretching that should be obvious to us. Successful resume writing is best achieved when we keep a two-way communication street open. Calling your writer "useless" --as you did-- in your letter to them... is simply not an effective way to encourage good communication nor is it an effective way to encourage a superior job. I do see that the resume you originally submitted to us was riddled with typos, errors, illogical organization, and outdated formatting. In fact, it wasn't even ATS compliant. Our team worked hard to change all of that for you and we are happy to discuss additional changes with you so that we can turnaround a second draft that puts a smile on your face. We will call you to discuss but politely request that you treat our professionals with the same respect that you expect in return.
