 Sorry to hear that you don't feel there was enough "pop"--but we can certainly fix that! Often, it's the science of knowing what to include and what not to include... how to make your resume very* ATS-friendly....and carefully choosing what to "beef up" and what to "hold back on"....that makes all the difference...

I do see that you wrote this review within 4 days of receiving your resume. It generally takes longer than that to hear back from prospective employers --even if you mass distribute your new resume.

I also see that prior to the completion of your initial resume draft, you and your writer discussed some of your expectations in great detail. Their manager certainly wouldn't mind following that up with a phone call to determine which areas you'd like to see improved.... We'll then use that information to turnaround a final, potentially more powerful resume...
