I do show that your writer sent you an introductory email and invited you to come on board to discuss your resume if you had anything to add. Since you did not reply, the team completed a FIRST DRAFT based on what you provided. It is still open for revision & improvement-- Simply let us know what you don't like and we'll advise accordingly and then fix it!
That said, we invested HOURS of time into reviewing your career history, assessing your goals, strategizing, and creating this draft. It is definitely neither "BS" nor ..."...very little but reformatting." Your original resume was overflowing with errors and wasn't ATS-compliant. Just looking at one section.... The original resume that you submitted to us stated:
"As the risk manager for Elite Staffing my role encumbers many hats and management of all things insurance; including safety.Our largest insurance exposure and responsibility is oversight of our day to day functionality of our workers’ compensation program and safety practices.As the champion for safe work practices, I review all prospective clients prior to placement to ensure safe work practices are followed and safeguards the environment for Elite to place employees. My position requires me to think outside the box and provide any and all necessary safety training to assist our client. Accident prevention is the goal for our business partners and Elite.Elite services approximately 236 clients and we are growing. "
In our version, this same section incorporates some extra information you provided while also eliminating the use of the personal pronouns, streamlining it for ATS, dividing it into bullets, and re-presenting it in the clear language of competitive modern resumes as follows:
*Direct day to day operations within a fast-paced environment with a focus on increasing productivity and operational efficiency levels *Design and implement innovative operational procedures, review corporate needs, and work closely with third party vendors and/or Brokers *Review internal insurance and worker’s compensation programs, oversee an insurance program valued at over $37MM, and provide guidance to over 300 clients throughout the United States *Act as an OSHA Representative within the organization, identify current market trends, and ensure operational strategies are consistently followed
This same level of improvement is evident throughout the resume's 2 single-spaced pages along with an aesthetically beautiful reformatting and clear re-focusing to adhere more tightly to your career goal. We are eager to discuss your resume and make it even better...but we did put a lot of work into your project and haven't heard back from you until you wrote this review. Kindly review what we sent once more and re-evaluate.
