We spent hours reviewing your old resume, strategizing how to arrange it more effectively with respect to your career goal, editing it, re-formatting it, and making it ATS-compliant. Your original submission was NOT ATS-compliant and the draft we sent to you is completely re-written.

For example....Your original resume was worded:

Extensive classroom management experience including team-taught and self-contained classes

Taught Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, IB Math Studies, and Pre-Calculus Prepare objectives and unit plans for each math class, incorporating the use of technology

Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

After discussion, review, edit, and re-write.......We sent you:

Mathematics Teacher

Instruct high school students of diverse ages and backgrounds on the subjects of Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, IB Math Studies, and Pre-Calculus and conduct academic research to prepare engaging lesson plans while adhering to the school rules and regulations. Perform academic assessments to identify which students are not reaching academic goals and provide individualized support by offering 1-on-1 tutoring and utilizing multiple classroom resources. Tutor students after school to assist each individual with reaching their full potential by supplementing standard classroom instruction with successful alternative study practices. Improved the academic performance of multiple students by successfully developing and implementing creative instructional techniques.

This sort of revamping continues throughout every line and throughout every section of the resume we wrote for you. 

Factor in the re-formatting, reviewing, and revision time...and we've surely put a lot of work into your project!

The lead writer was explaining to you that your original submission was well-written (when compared with most of the submissions we see here daily) BUT that it needed a thorough re-editing, re-formatting, and that it needed to become ATS-compliant...all of which we did for you!   Thanks for your feedback. We're always more than happy to change the format or revise to your liking-- just let your writer know and they'll work with you on it! I just reviewed your resume and all punctuation was correct for a modern day ATS-friendly resume. If you've made changes, you may want to run them by our writing team as some of your edits may inadvertently have made the document less ATS-friendly.
