Thanks for the feedback! I do see that we revised the missing "L" in the first draft and provided you with a second version : - ) We always send one draft for comments and then a final.... Do we really lose TWO stars for one missing letter on the first draft...that we corrected ; ) ?

Please do note that you selected a 3-4 business day turnaround time..Your order was placed late in the afternoon on Tuesday, April 3rd w/ a maximum deadline of Monday, April 9th. We received an email from you that you required the resume for an application by April 8th. We prioritized your project and tt was completed and sent to you on Saturday, April 7th mid-afternoon.
Please understand that the excellent resume we wrote for you is likely not the reason you weren't hired for one specific job. There are a number of factors involved beyond just the words written on your resume. We are confident that if you distribute what we wrote to more prospective employers, the chances of you being called in for interviews will be much higher than if you had not had us work on your resume.

Some good...some not so good
Resume had to be reworked, timing was off from the original due date, and so for not a single interview.

*You received your new resume 10 days ago and have only begun sending it out. Please be patient waiting for job interviews : )
*I do see that your lead writer communicated with you re: additional information added during the process. We're absolutely always open to more communication and remain at your complete disposal. Just as you wrote this review at 2am EST and heard back from us within minutes, you can call our toll-free # or email us through our client portal (It may sometimes take a few hours at most--but much faster than most companies certainly!)

Andrew, yes my writer did send a email asking for more info on past job discriptions and for me to spell out acronyms. I agree its been less than 2 wks since I have received my new resume from y'all. With the fact that I am trying to do a career change I worry that my skills from past jobs were not expressed enough and clearly. I hired y'all because I have trouble vocalizing my skills. I feel that my writer relied on me to clearly express my skills and therefore my resume lacked. I would imagine that your resume writers are used to getting many professions needing resumes and would think that asking more clarifying and leading questions would of been more helpful for me to give more info.

As a general rule of thumb, excess ingredients can steer a career-change in the wrong direction. The strategy here was to accentuate what you provided that could specifically be linked to your new goal...and let it shine. If you feel you're still holding more valuable nuggets that you want us to dig for, let me know and we can certainly have someone call you on Tuesday. Remember: You were only sent a draft...one that can still be revised into a more final masterpiece.

You mentioned it is a rough draft? I thought it was the final draft. I would like to have someone discuss with me my work history to find more valuable skills. However, I won't be available for a call till Friday afternoon at 2:30 pm central time.
