Thank you for your feedback. I'm very sorry you're so disappointed but this seems easily resolvable! Please review the following and then let's discuss:
*The average length of a Federal resume is just about 5 pages. Given your level of experience, 7 pages is not uncommon but we can certainly condense further if you wish.
*The verb tense (past) used is correct given that we are speaking about things that occurred in the past.
*We are happy to speak to you on the phone but have never received a request for anything other than e-mail. We'll have a writer/manager call you today!
