How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Hi Trae,

I'm very sorry to hear that you're so upset. Having reviewed the records, it appears that we sent you a new resume & cover letter....and that you were very happy with both of them but...that you wanted them to be separated into 2 separate MS Word files. Initially, your lead writer politely reminded you that you can cut/paste the text any way you like...but when you didn't understand, she went ahead and did it for you and submitted two separate files. I've also re-sent those to you now.

To be fair, I hope you'll reconsider that this is hardly a reason to rate a company only 1 out of 5 possible stars.

Andrew, You say to be fair, I did understand and explained I couldn't Separate the 2, I had more then 3 people try and it was not allowing us to separate. Also the writer did not send in separate emails until after I complained, which I had requested. I guess my understanding is if I pay for a service and request something then instead of trying to do something I didn't request and just send in 2 separate emails then it should have been done the first time. Also the cover letter should not be attached to the resume' in the first place. I don't think I will be changing my mind as you are stating I did not understand, as I did understand but it was not working as your writer suggested. So at this time I feel you are lucky to have the 1 star. Thank You

Hi Jemeecia,

I'm very sorry! We certainly don't want you to feel that way. I do see that when you received your resume, you expressed a few concerns about how we'd chosen to arrange your work history. The lead writer replied...explaining the strategy behind it. You responded, saying that you understood...but would like it to be put back "your way." Our lead writer graciously agreed to do so and then followed up the same day with a revised copy. We hadn't heard from you since. Did you not receive the revised copy? ...Or... Is something else still not to your liking? Please let us know ASAP and we'll certainly revise it again if need be.
