For anyone reading this considering our services, here is a random excerpt from this resume (w/ all formatting removed):
Food and Beverage Manager 2016-2017
· Formulated & implemented an award-winning wine list containing more than 400 types and over 3,000 bottles.
Bar Manager 2014-2016
· Expertly designed seasonal beverage menus featuring a wide array of freshly-made cocktails.
· Skillfully oversaw all bar personnel and ensured meticulous organization & cleanliness of bar area.
· Placed wholesale orders for beer, liquor & other beverages and consistently came in well under budget.
Again, this was only a rough draft sent for feedback and it was based entirely on the information provided by this client. If you're reading this review/response and agree with Dale that the above writing is only suitable for "Pizza Hut" or "bathroom graffiti" then you're likely not to get much out of our service either.
