I'm extremely shocked to read this and want to make it "right" for you. We had only sent you a first draft for your feedback and haven't heard from you until this post!
This seems like an easy fix...You were assigned to an extremely experienced lead Federal resume writer. Most of your concerns appear to be about aesthetics/format/layout. The current standard for government resumes is admittedly rather plain when compared with non-government resumes but we certainly don't recommend changing it. It's not out of the ordinary to number the pages of a 5 page resume like yours but we can certainly remove or minimize the numbering. We bold printed your position titles but can definitely devise a way to accent them even more. We have not received any questions from you by email but you can call or text message me directly on my personal cell phone at 352-978-6122 and I'll be happy to address anything at all.
We want to finish this project in a way you'll LOVE!
