We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Totally mis-leading.

Site implied that I could buy a gift card. I sent a message when I realised that this is not so and received no reply. Not all users are 20 years old.!!

I stand by my original message. The site certainly implies that I had purchased a card, I have passed this credit on to my daughter who is an ASOS customer and have purchased ASOS cards from Tesco.
