Whilst it is disappointing to receive criticism we believe in transparency and understand the value of feedback (both good and bad). We have since had a good chat and I think it is fair to say we have ironed things out and made progress. We invoiced for internal decoration work in March 2015 which was only a few months after we wrote about a drainage repair in December 2014. We appreciate this would have come as a bit of a surprise and, in hindsight, a face to face meeting would have been more beneficial than sending letters. We will take this on-board for the future. We have also agreed to meet more regularly to aid good communication. We would like to thank you for kindly agreeing to host a meeting every few months between residents and your property manager. This is a really positive step to achieving more fluent communication. The security guarding (which was promised) was actually provided but we appreciate that we could have done more to communicate this to residents. However, I think it is fair to say we do keep our promises. Honesty is one of our key core values as a business. The property manager is meeting your partner on site next week to have a look at the paving and where 2 of the lights are not working (and any other issues). After the site visit PBM will provide a timeline for resolution on each point which will be circulated via an e-mail group of residents.
