I found the guy I spoke to very helpful, he was very good at explaining the difference between the different options and had a friendly manner.

I found it very easy to work out the level of cover and associated cost

I had to telephone twice before receiving my insurance documents. Also, there was no explanation of the exclusion related to abcess infections.

Easy to communicate with them. All aspects of the pet insurance is made clear and simple to understand and the quality of their packages are very high and with reasonable prices.
