Most helpful. I've now gone back to my vet, and hopefully the discrepancy will soon be sorted out. I've also given you permission to talk to my vet should there be any more difficulty.

Have taken over month to sort my claim. Said vet not responded but contacted vet and they stated no been asked anything from petplan. They now have sent the facts by requested and chasing up myself....

I was disappointed there has been an exemption on my policy because of what the vet said regarding my Shitzu's nose, the breed does tend to have small nasal passages and this usually sorts itself out...

Didn't get what I needed (2 dogs on 1 policy number as I had before)

I took out the policy online which was extremely easy and hassle free. It's good to know our dog is covered by a reputable company, highly recommend :-)
