AS OF TODAY 13TH JUNE WE HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE INFORMATION IN WRITING AS PROMISED.

Reasonable quote, easy to apply. Particularly like that the cover is for the life of my cat, unlike some which end when the pet reaches a certain age.

Extremely helpful when insuring my puppy and answered all my queries fully, even had a vet speak to me concerning my worries over a health problem with my puppy would recommend pet plan to friends.

Claim processed quickly but excess does seem rather high.

i was pleased with the service,i was told of all the different plans i could choose from. I hope if i ever make a claim it's easy and not much hassle!!!!!
