The sales person was pleasant and helpful. She was able to pass me to an underwriter to answer the question to which she did not know the answer.

Excellent service & cover.

Fortunately I have not had a reason to claim so I can only report as good so far. Friends have recommended Petplan as being excellent in the way claims are handled so that was good enough for me.

my only quibble with all pet insurance --- why no no claims discount i insured one dog for 14 years and never made a single claim on her yet no discount was ever offered!
