we have been with petplan for 4o odd years always gave good service

I cannot make a comment as I have not had any reason to make a claim but certainly all the paperwork came through promptly.

Would have preferred Petplan not to have ruled out certain conditions.

Very polite and helpful employee who knew what he was talking about. He was very informative and gave me different options for the different policies. He explained everything very well.

I am still waiting for policy docs 10 days or so after taking out policy online.
