Good value, easy to set up

I was very pleased with how easy and efficient the website was. There was no hassle in getting the plan I wanted. Thankyou.

I actually thought my first call was great and I set up my insurance plan, then upon calling back to change the colour off my puppy (as the one I was getting had changed) I was told the colour did...

I got cut off during my first call. I was told if this happened I would get a call back but I didn't I had to phone back and I am still waiting for my policy documents!

First time I have used pet insurance so cant really comment compared to other companies.

We had good service and advice at your Pets at Home, Beehive Centre, Cambridge counter.

Went on to website and gained a quote, when telephoned petplan thet quoted a lot higher. I explained that i had the quoted on screen and the amount quoted. Petplan could not match the quote on line...

Too soon to know for sure about company bu we I e was good. Call handler hadill was really warm and helpful.
