I have used pet plan for many years for cats and dogs and have always been impressed with customer service and never had a problem with claims.

They were very unhelpful

A bit expensive but thorough explainations of the policys and quick service

Overall I am really happy with Petplan but I do feel like you could improve on your phone lines and offer a free phone number.
