Was happy with the service.

Having the customer services based in the UK would have been better though. For although the telephone operative spoke perfect English, their accent meant I had to concentrate more on the words...

took a new policy out on the 5th january, still no policy arrived !! its now the 16th Jan.Makes me wonder how it will work when or if i need to make a claim.

I recently tried to upgrade my insurance for both my kittens, I had to take out a new policy which I thought was unnecessary and I also had to pay £3.45 cancellation charge which I wasn't told about...

I FOUND THE ADVISER HELPFUL AND VERY POLITE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING CLEARLY.

I am still waiting confirmatory documentation so have had little dealings with Petplan. I rang with a query which was answered efficiently, but a little briskly and impatiently!

Good explanation of their services on the website and form for signing up was straight forward. However, the forms through the post are taking a long time to come and I would of expected to have them...

Still waiting for paper evidence and certificate etc to arrive

I feel that they are not really interested in retaining previous customers when they purchase new pets.
