Everything was fine apart from the fact that I have yet to receive my policy documents and since i have only 14 days to cancel I think this is quite poor

I felt I had to cancel but Lorenzo took the time to suggest alternatives, of which I was unaware.

Where advised to use company by my vet, set up was very easy, slightly more expensive than other companies, but highly recommended. :)
