One week after joining pet plan I am still waiting for documents to arrive. I was told that they can take up to 3 weeks to come. This is ridiculeous!!!!

I dont know the company very well but i hear they are the best in the country...Phone service was good, agent called me back and went through everything. I have not been a pet owner for very long to...

The "getting through to the right person" seems a bit of a laborious experience but once though, the adviser seemed attentive enough. I would comment that the final Petplan adviser I eventually spoke...
