Great service so far only had plans a couple days so can't really tell yet but hopefully things go smoothly and no need to claim anytime soon

Sadly recently loss one of our beloved cats petplan took over the whole stress of the Costs that were covered by our policy and dealt with the vet’s direct also had msgs /emails offering condolences...

Excellent. I’ve used Petplan before and would not look elsewhere. They are excellent.

I have been with Pet Plan for over 30 years with a few breaks between pets. Always prompt and excellent service. Very reassuring cover.

I had Petplan with my previous dog and they were excellent, so with my new dog I insured her with them. No worries about vet fees, they are very helpful on the phone too.

Seems ok but can’t really score or comment as i only just joined and haven’t had any experience of claims or s y interaction other than online.

Very good service and care for customers . Highly recommend.
