Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you didn’t receive a delivery notification and that the helium ran out after inflating 23 balloons. The canister is designed for up to 30 balloons, but factors like balloon size and inflation can affect this. If you'd like to email over pictures of the balloons inflated, we can look into this further. Kind Regards Clare

The item should fill: - 50 x 9” Latex Balloons or; - 25 x 12” Latex Balloons or; - 20 x 18” Foil Balloons - 3-5 x 34" Foil numbers / letters There was no balloons on the order unfortunately, so we are unable to confirm their size or quality. After checking your order, we noticed that balloons were not included in your purchase, so we just want to confirm: were the balloons used of the standard 9" size, or could they have been larger or of a different material (e.g., foil)? This can affect how many balloons the canister is able to fill. That said, we absolutely want to help resolve this. Please let us know if you’d be happy for us to open a case with the supplier or arrange a refund/replacement for the faulty item.
