The Helium Canister is designed to fill up to 30 standard 9" latex balloons, and latex balloons typically float for 6–8 hours. Foil balloons can float for days, but this also depends on proper inflation and sealing. We always recommend inflating balloons as close to the event time as possible to ensure the best results. As you purchased the helium cylinder only, and not the balloons from us, we don’t have details on the size or type of balloons you used, which can greatly affect how many balloons a cylinder can fill. Balloon size and inflation technique both impact helium usage, so this may explain the difference. Since we haven’t received any prior communication from you about this issue, we would appreciate it if you could email us at sales@partyrama.co.uk with some photos of the balloons you inflated and any other details. Our balloons are always dispatched in a box, which also serves as the delivery packaging—it will have had the courier label attached directly to it.
