In the meantime, if you're having trouble, many local recycling centers will accept the canister as-is—just let them know it’s empty. Thank you for your feedback — we’re glad to hear the delivery was fast, but we're sorry to hear the product didn’t meet your expectations. The item is advertised as being suitable for up to 30 balloons based on standard 9” balloon sizes. If it only managed 18, it’s possible larger balloons were used or they were overinflated, which can use more gas than expected. That said, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will certainly pass your comments on to the relevant team.
