Prompt delivery, but inadequate packing

Prompt delivery. However, the boxes of food did not completely fill the outer container, and no packing material had been placed to fill the space, so the food boxes arrived badly damaged.

Excellent service with fine dog food.

Efficient and friendly service. Delivered on time and well packaged. Despite rain, the delivery driver ensued the food was placed in a relatively dry place out of the worst weather.
