Some parts were missing, also terrible instructions , looks fab now but caused many hours of blood sweat and tears and swearing

Great product at a great price.
Customer service was excellent as was the delivery process.
You do have to build the bed yourself but it was not a big challenge.

We ordered from the same site so both the bed and the mattress came on the same day. Bed and mattress came from different suppliers so this did not happen

Thank you for your review. I am afraid as we supply the bedframes from different suppliers and we manufacture the mattresses and deliver on certain days it is sometimes difficult to tie deliveries up on the same day but we always try to do this.
