Although website said delivery within a few days had to contact them after a week for an update.. However courier contacted me a few days later with confirmation and delivery date.
Took awhile for delivery and courier only delivered to the front door. The bed legs were damaged/broken but after a few emails and photos replacements were sent next day delivery.
Really easy and straightforward, from ordering to being delivered

Hello, thanks for taking the time to leave us a constructive review - i do struggle as to why you do feel this way, you ordered a 2 metre dining table from us - it arrived and you advised the table didn't fit in your space - all the measurements are on the website, we've arranged to collect the table and have refunded less a collection charge - I'm not sure what more we could have done for this.
