Although a big item when we didn’t answer the door (partners fault) they left it with a kind neighbour. It saved another delivery arrangement for us both.

Thank you for your review. As discussed we do advise delivery is 7-10 working days and we delivered this on the 4th day. Two days notice was given for the delivery you accepted but I can see we also offered another delivery date which gave 5 days notice but you opted for the two day delivery. I am pleased you gave the bed 4 stars for the product and am sorry we did not meet your expectations regarding the delivery time.
