We're sorry to read that our Kit has not reduced your moth problem - that really is very strange. Please do get in touch with our team so that we can understand what has not worked for you! We'd really like to help. As well as our Best Selling Moth Traps your Kit contains professional grade Killer Sprays and Foggers (as used by the Pest Controllers), capable of killing much 'tougher' insects than moths, so you should have seen a consider improvement if cleaning the room beforehand and following the enclosed User Guide.

The product smells so bad, and the clothes in the closet stink after 1 day . I purchased 4 units, and I would love to return the 3 unopened ones. Can you help me?
