They attracted the adult moths really well.

It really worked in the past, I bought another batch, just in case, since it's getting to be fall . Howevver I don't know about the customer service, since I haven't had to contact them.

I have been buying this product for years because it takes a long time to get rid of moths. These are the best traps they really attract and capture the moths. I make sur I replace them every 3 to 4...

Another brand caught only three moths during the same time period as the Moth Prevention traps, which caught thirty-one. I still see the occasional moth, but not as many or as often.

This product works well. The traps seem to better than most at attracting the moths. I am also using their moth spray now and it seems to be doing the trick.
