We do, however, regret to learn of your disappointment regarding the loyalty recognition for returning guests. While we have recently discontinued our frequent guest gifting, we are glad to see that you were able to take advantage of the return guest discount. This remains an important part of how we express our appreciation to those who choose to travel with us again.
At Luxury Gold, we take great pride in the standard of service and quality of hotels we offer, and it is heartening to hear that you recognised and enjoyed these aspects of your journey.
We are also grateful for your thoughtful suggestions regarding the itinerary. Extending the tour to include additional nights in Valencia and Lisbon, as well as the possibility of including Porto, is certainly an idea worth exploring.
