had problems processing my payment because i am not on the electoral role for my address but i think they sorted it out then upgraded my postage to make sure it arrived on the 4th working day.

The only issue I had was that the laptop came with XP pre-installed, but I had selected Vista as the pre-install option prior to purchasing. It's not a big deal, as (in hindsight) XP is better suited...
