apologies that your order was less than perfect. Of course, we would have happily replaced any faulty/damaged goods immediately had you reported this to us prior to hanging, however, I do hope the finished walls look as expected.

Thank you for your feedback. As per our previous email, apologies again that your parcel was delivered to an incorrect address. Your order was addressed correctly, however, the UPS driver made an error when delivering your parcel and this was not brought to light until you advised us via email.
