Customer service very good just dissapointed have had to wait for wallpaper
Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately A5-A4 sized samples are standard in the industry for wallpapers sold from pattern books and are ideal for colour-match purposes. Obviously, you can view larger samples and room set images in the actual pattern books in store. Full width samples are available for stock designs.

Apologies that your samples have taken a little longer than you anticipated. These were posted out to you yesterday and should be with you today. Designer wallpaper samples such as Harlequin and Sanderson do take approximately 4 to 5 working days to arrive in before we despatch out. Stock brands such as Graham & Brown are sent out same day.
