I have refunded the cost you paid for the samples and apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused. If you would like me to forward any alternative samples then please do not hesitate to get in touch and I will arrange to send these free of charge.

The order was delivered in time for our decorator but a bit disappointed in not being kept up to date with the progress of the delivery. It would help if there was a window for delivery.
