Bad strategy to "trick" customer!

You had ItaliaPass checked as default and caused me to accidentally complete the transaction with it which i didn't want. Please advise how to undo this.

We take italiapass satisfaction very seriously and we have refunded the italiapass back to your credit card.

It will take 3 or 4 days to appear in your statements, but we have kept you active in Italiapass in case you want to use it. The membership is valid for 1 year, and if you are not planning to travel you can assign another beneficiary to your Italiapass in case you have finished your trip to Italy

ItaliasPass provides unrestricted access to our VIP Lounge in Rome Termini, exclusive discounts for all our travel products including excursions all around Italy, attractions and things to do, hotels, transfers, and even shopping discounts and exclusive access to our wine tasting events in our VIP Lounge in Rome Termini.

Seating Issues

I did not see any option to select seats, nor was I aware that the seats we were selecting were not next to each other until after the purchase was made.

Dear Customer,

We would like to thank you for your business and apologize for the problem you had in being unable to choose/change your seat(s).

We are in the process of upgrading our system to allow for just that - the ability to choose your seats before or change them depending on the fare type after booking.

We temporarily had this functionality earlier this year but it had a bug in it and we had to unfortunately turn it back off while we are waiting for the bug to be fixed also at the carrier side.

We expect to have this solved before the end of the year.

Your feedback is valuable and we appreciate it, we will use it to improve our future customer experience and hope that you will come back and book with us on your next trip to Italy and give us the opportunity to show you a better experience.
