Ripped off!
Despite courteous, helpful staff and clean trains, did not enjoy being ripped off. I had website problems and had to repeat the process so many times I purchased duplicate tickets by accident. ...

Great experience!
Well-maintained system, also very punctual. Well trained and courteous staff. Just beware of the pick pockets, as the signs everywhere remind you! Overall, a great experience riding the ITALIARAIL.

Excellent service at a good price. Wasy way to travel in Italy.
The service was excellent in that the train left on time, the seats were comfortable and the train arrived on time. The only problem was that I could not find the VIP room at the Termini Station....
