Didn't give me any solution whatsoever.
It was pants. I couldn't get through to a human and when i did they gave me 1 minute before cutting off the conversation, when it took them 5 minutes to respond.

Didn’t honour their discount vouchers
Blue light voucher was accepted, 10% showed on my discount, however I was charged the full price and the customer services didn’t honour it.
Very angry I could have booked elsewhere cheaper.
