It’s lovely to know that you enjoyed our woodland walks and that your dog had a great time using the dog agility course. We’re also pleased that our team made a positive impression during your visit. Thank you for your comments regarding the Jack and Jill bathroom. We appreciate that this may have been unexpected, however these bathrooms are locked in some accommodation where there is the possibility of more than one family sharing the accommodation. This is to ensure privacy and prevent guests accidentally entering another family’s area during their stay. We appreciate your understanding and will continue to look at how we can make these arrangements clearer for guests. Thank you again for your feedback.
